The sound of me attaching and deattaching two of my lenses to my pentax k-x which are the 18-55mm kit lens first and then my 80-200mm sears lens next. It was i believe five times for each lens. Recorded with the audio technica atr 6550.
The winding and release of the shutter on on old camera i found. I did the recording from a few different positions around the mic. Don't forget to rate and comment.
This is a recording of the drive motor of a super 8 (canon 418 auto zoom). This was recorded with the hatch to the cartridge open, so the noise is clearer. There is also the effect noise of the trigger being closed.
Winding and firing of the shutter of four vintage analog cameras. All shutter speeds were set to 1/125th of a second (except the last one). The order of each take is as follows:1. Pentax spotmatic (from around 1971)2. Yashica tl-super (from around 1969)3. Nikon fm (from around 1975)4. Yashica electro 35 (rangefinder with leaf shutter from around 1972).
It is not a constant sound, it has several pauses and other moments in which it is very fast. It was activated when a person took a photo with a professional camera.
The sound of a cheap canon camera lens hunting for focus. All my sounds are fully free to use, but please consider leaving a comment to let me know how you'll be using them. Just curious! :).
A recording i made by using a small camcorder which i proceeded to drop on a wooden desk. The sound was obviously extracted from the video i recorded. Could be useful sounds for pov/first-person-movies projects. Enjoy!.
A canon powershot camera turned on, photos taken, and turned off. Recorded on a tascam dr-100mkiii with an audio technica at875r shotgun mic in 24/48 mono.
Sound shutter and rapid shooting of old nikon 2020 camera edited with audacity. Recorded on shock-mounted zoom h1 mic, record level 62, autogain off, gain low. Record location, inside a car in a single garage (great sound room).
